The island of Java, Indonesia, is rich with biodiversity, steeped in ancient culture, and blessed with natural and spiritual resources that make it a premier global destination.

Yet we at Hegre like to think that if there’s any one “flower” that most beautifully typifies this wonderous place, it’s not the white melati or the red bunga bangkai, but it’s our very own adorable brown Tita. Native to Indonesia itself, she moved to Bali to model and meet internationals. She loves to show them around her beloved city on bike and go on long trips with her friends. She’s also an avid dancer who exercises by day and parties by night. But it’s not all fun and games for Tita. She also cares passionately about the environment of her native land, and can often be found cleaning up its beaches and promoting eco-awareness.

In short, it doesn’t get any better than Tita.
